LAST CHANCE FOR CIVIC ANNIVERSARY T-SHIRTS AND PENNANTS!

pennantWe still hatshirtve two dozen pennants available at $8 each.  Be sure to get yours soon if you haven’t already!

 

We have had a few recent requests for t-shirts so we are going to place one last order. We are required to meet a nominal minimum order and we feel that there should be enough interest to make it possible.

The price will still be $10 each.  Payment will be due upon pick-up and can be cash or cheque made out to SPA.

 Sizes are as follows:
Youth               XS – L
Ladies’             S – 2XL
Men’s               S – 3XL

If you are interested in ordering shirts, please contact Lisa Vehrs at [email protected] by midnight on October 3rd (that’s this coming Thursday) for pick up on Thanksgiving weekend.  If you are unable to pick up then, you can do so at a later date or we can send them by mail for an additional charge.

175th Anniversary of the first Sturgeo Point Regatta

Thank you to all that came out to all the festivities on the Civic Weekend that celebrated the 175th Anniversary of the first Sturgeon Point Regatta.  It was a beautiful weekend with lots of wonderful events from sailing, BBQs, water races, running races, church service, food drive and more!

Thank you to Vanessa Dewson for taking the group picture at the running races this year and to Dave Lightbound for taking lots of photos of the different events that weekend.  Can you find your self??  This picture and lots of others from that weekend have been posted on our facebook page.  Remember to “like” our page so you are always up-to-date on what is going on not only in Sturgeon Point but all around the Kawartha Lakes.

Do you have your mementos and swag from the 175th Civic Anniversary?  We have extra regatta ribbons for anyone who wants them.  They will be available at the AGM on Sunday or you can email patricia (at) sturgeonpoint (dot) com.  Also available at the AGM are the pennants and pre-ordered t-shirts.
