Sturgeon Lake Sailing Club Awarded Regatta of the YEAR!

On January 28, 2011, the Canadian Yachting Association announced that Sturgeon Lake Sailing Club was the winner of the 2010 CYA Regatta of the Year. The CYA City of Kingston Regatta of the Year Award will be presented by CYA to SLSC for its hosting of the 2010 Canadian Laser Masters Championships that took place over 3 days [...]

Sailing Club Fundraising Cocktail and Beach Party!

[ July 10, 2010; 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. ] In lieu of the more traditional Gala Dinner, the SLSC will be holding a cocktail party at Swannanoa’s Boathouse and the Sand Bar. There is a suggested donation of $40 per person, with proceeds going towards expansion of the fleet.

Call for beds for sailors

[ July 22, 2010 to July 25, 2010. ] This year out very own Sturgeon Lake Sailing Club (SLSC) has been selected to host the Canadian Laser Masters Championships on July 23 to 25. The club obviously has a tremendous reputation and continues to raise the bar by attracting such high level competitions year after year.
