Thank you very much for your donation to the Sturgeon Point Association. Your kind gift provides SPA with additional funding to pursue its mandates, which can be described as the maintenance and preservation of the unique characteristics that make this Village so special.
I can personally assure you that all of the funds collected by SPA every year are carefully managed by the Board of Directors, and our dollars are spent only on those things that we think will benefit our community. Details of SPA’s finances are public and are disseminated every year at the AGM, which is held every September at the Union Church. You can find financial reports from previous years elsewhere on this website.
SPA is your Association, and as a member you have a say in SPA’s activities and how it manages its funds. If you have any comments about our expenditures, or if you have any questions or suggestions about how SPA can better serve our community, please contact me directly. I hope to hear from you.
