Church Picnic – Sunday, July 12th

church-picnicRain or Shine, we are very much looking forward to celebrating the Sturgeon Point Union Church’s hundredth anniversary on Sunday.

The service begins at 10:30am. Following the service, there will be a picnic lunch provided by the church.

Rain or Shine! Bring a picnic blanket!

And maybe an umbrella…

Please note that parking will be limited to the side streets and Forest Road, though there will be accessible parking spots nearer the church.

Visit the Sturgeon Point Church at the Wedding Show!

sturgeon churchThe Sturgeon Point Union Church will be at the up-coming Wedding Trends show at the Lindsay Armoury on Friday, January 16th from 6pm to 9pm.

Salvation Army Food Drive

Salvation ArmyVolunteers from the Sturgeon Point Union Church and the Sturgeon Lake Sailing Club have dropped off empty grocery bags at homes and cottages for the annual food drive in support of the Salvation Army.

Kindly fill up the bag with non perishable items.

On Monday August 4th volunteers will be coming by between 3:00-5:00pm to pick up your filled grocery bag. Please leave your bag at your front door step or porch for collection by Monday afternoon.
