The Sturgeon Point Association Annual General Meeting is taking place on Sunday, August 31, 2014 at the Sturgeon Point Union Church.
There is an CoKL All Candidates meeting also taking place that day starting at 12:30pm. The AGM will immediately follow the All Candidates meeting.

The next City of Kawartha Lakes Regular Municipal Election is being held on Monday, October 27, 2014. Eligible electors may vote for mayor, councillor, and school board trustee.
There will be an All Candidates meeting at the church on Sunday, August 31st at 12:30pm which will give the community a chance to meet those running for Mayor and Ward 7.
