The Sturgeon Point Association warmly invites all residents of the Village and their guests to join us in our annual Welcome Back Social in celebration of Canada Day and a new summer season! Please join us at 12:00 noon on Saturday July 3rd, 2010 at the Park in the Woods for a great opportunity to reconnect with old friends and neighbours as well as a chance to meet new residents in our village. Enjoy a hotdog, juice, or pop and a dessert while sharing news with those we haven’t seen in a while and making plans for another wonderful summer at Sturgeon Point. Street Dance and Barbeque!
One of the highlights of the Civic Holiday Weekend is going to be the Sturgeon Point Street Dance and Barbeque on Saturday, August 1st. This is your chance to dance on Irene Avenue with all of your friends and neighbours. A real live band will be pumping out the tunes at the Park. Things will get under way at 6 o’clock. There will be Barbeques cooking up burgers and hotdogs. Be there or be square!
