Hello All,
Patricia Aspinwall, our organizer for the Civic Regatta, is trying to collect many wrapping paper rolls. This is for a future Mystery Race. (Now that you know the prop – can you figure out what the race will be?)
Please save any wrapping paper rolls for her. Send her an email at [email protected] if you have any.
Thanks.
Thank you to Larry Thomas for organizing the Annual Skate & Shinny again this year!
Better sharpen your skates, tape your sticks, find a helmet and stock up on Advil, it’s official, the shinny/skating times are booked!
Here are the confirmed times and venues. Lock them in your calendars!
For those of you who haven’t participated before, we use 2/3′s of the rink for shinny and 1/3 for recreational skaters, little ones and UN observers. We play 5 minute periods split between younger skaters (roughly 12 and under) and the rest of the motley crew. This keep the little ones out of harms way and the old guys get a break every five minutes to catch their breath.
Feel free to share this with family and friends.
Please “join” on our Facebook page if you are going to attend!
Looking forward to seeing you all over the holidays.
